Thank you for choosing to be part of the SolarJunction Platform developed by PCUBE EnergyTech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “PCUBE, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to giving a superior customer experience. As part of this endeavour, we have come up with a fair returns and refund policy and this document that policy.
Shipping
When you order from solarjunction.ai, we place a back-to-back order with a distributor/manufacturer who can fulfill your order in the expected timeframe. In most cases, you will get the ordered products within 7 business days. However, in some cases, it might take longer. If that is the case, we will let you know. You can then decide whether to wait or cancel your order.
Returns
If you have bought a product from our store and want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If we let you know that we won’t be able to ship you the products in your expected timeframe, you can cancel your order even if 24 hours have passed since placing the order.
If you receive the product and are not happy with it, you can return it within 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can apply for an exchange. If after receiving your product and verifying that it is indeed defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement.
However, if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you are abusing this policy, we reserve the right to deny you a refund/exchange. We also reserve the right to restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of our Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund/exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will apply the appropriate number of credits to your account. You can use them to/towards purchase of other products. Refund credits usually have an expiry date and may expire if not used before the expiry date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. In most cases, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
When you return a product, our logistics partner will pick it up from the location where it was delivered. Some extra shipping and handling charges may apply in certain conditions.
